GSC- It's that time again
I started my diet at the end of October at 225 lbs. Halloween was not a problem for me since the diet just started and I was very motivated. Thanksgiving dinners (3 of them) came and went without too much concern. Christmas was a challenge but I managed to survive. A 9 day trip to Disney World was no match for my will power. I am standing at 185 lbs now and my biggest challenge is here. Girl Scout Cookies. I saw my first box of the year yesterday and the cravings are powerful. Thin Mints and Carmel Delights are my nemisis. HELP! I guess I could double my weekly milage to 400. Other than that I am doomed.

Up until the last couple of weeks I've been riding in temps down to 38 with multilple layers and arm/leg warmers. A recent warm spell turned me into a wimp again. I don't want to go out now until it's up in the 60's. Brrr.

Bikes: Junk, that is why I am here. :-)
It was only -7 today in my small town. Another evening on the rollers to ride another 20 or 40 miles depending upon the free time I have.
