Hard Masses At Saddle Contact Points?

I ride 50-75 miles a week and I noticed the other night that I've got a hard mass in my left buttock right at the saddle contact point. There's no pain or swelling, and I have a smaller mass on the right buttock, inside the fatty tissue but beneath the skin. It almost seems like some kind of reaction to the saddle friction, like a callous.

Anyone else get these things?
