i switched over to eating just the tuna straight out of the can... its not to bad

Well, I wouldn't be afraid of putting "good" fat in with my tuna, or anywhere else for that matter, so I'd suggest things like avocado and such, but if you want low fat options I usually mix my tuna with cottage cheese and salsa. Sometimes I add black beans as well. It's really yummy!

For a quick lunch, I open the can, put in a tbl of olive oil and 2 tbl of balsamic vinegar :D

Works great for a lunch at work that I can stash for an emergency, like when someone has just brought in six pizzas:eek:
