Excel Training Template

I have no problem with bikejournal.com charging for what they use to give away for free. Its a great service with an interesting and friendly community. I do not like to pay for things that i can do myself however, and so i threw together a spreadsheet with all of the things i currently keep track of.

Since i do not have a way to keep track of power output or elevation ascended/descended, there is no place for that. These could easily be added though.

Enjoy...

I'll have to check this out. BikeJournal is good, although I've always liked having my own copies of training logs

I did some simple training logs in Excel and some better ones in Access a while back but haven't updated them lately.

You might want to check out ProLog. I've been using it and it's pretty good all around. In comes as a spreadsheet in Excel, but all the formulas are built in to include graphs, states, goals, wight, elevation, and whatnot.
