Wellness Program At Work

I'm in a management position at my job and could potentially bring a wellness program to my company, if I make a good presentation. I was wondering if those of you here who have a program at your work can give a brief synapsis of how it works. I know of one company in my related field that has a gym where guys sign in and workout, and if they average so many times a year, then they get a $500 bonus. What kind of incentive does your employer provide you for participating in your wellness program? Thanx

We have a wellness program where I work. It's a website where people can read articles about eating right and exercise.

a friend of mine has a wellness program where they give everyone pedometers, and if you rack up a certein amount of steps you get a bonus. Other places i hear just make deals with gyms and make it so membership costs like 5 bucks a month and if they actually go they get bonus's etc. i think its a good idea, qualcom has it big time, they have there own gyms, recreation spots etc. i would love to work for qualcom
