Achilles Tendonitis and Riding

So, I think I injured my achilles tendon running the other day. I took 2 days off and tried to run again but experienced a decent amount of pain. I'm wondering how it will be if I try to go for a ride tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this and have suggestions?

Depends how bad you've damaged your achilles tendon ... I was off the bicycle for months with mine.

And mine still gives me trouble now and then years later.
