Supersets on a Stationary Trainer?
I'm new at systemized training and trying to vary my workouts with a fluid trainer. I've also just started learning about supersets principles, but not sure how best to apply them to stationary trainer workouts. For trying to increase general strength and speed, what might a typical supersets workout be on a stationary trainer? After a thorough warmup, sprint for 40 sec., rest for 10, sprint for 35, rest for 10, etc.? Something along those lines until my legs turn to rubber? Then would I ride slow for a while and repeat? Thanks from the newbie!
