Not really impressed with Hammer whey
I tried Hammer whey powder today, I was expecting a really solid drink that would fill me up but was pretty disappointed. Not only did the vanilla taste absolutely disgusting (I tried the chai also, it was so bad I had to throw it out!). Outside of not giving me as much gas, I found it to be no superior to Designer brand whey. What whey proteins do you guys like and why? What makes a whey superior to another.

I like ON and IsoFlex. Isoflex is more expensive but slightly better overall. I like stuff high in protein (obviously), good (or at least non-offensive) tasting, and easy to mix.

1 cup soy milk
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp protein powder
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
It's not whey, but it's a shot of complete protein, and goes down well from my point of view.

I like Designer Whey or any whey protein isolate.
Rare is the workout where I don't have whey/honey afterwards...
