Elite CT trainer

I am looking for an interactive bicycle trainer, and came across this trainer on the Performance site.
Has anyone tried this trainer? How does it compare to the Computrainer or the Tacx Fortius?
How does this resistance unit work, and how does it simulate downhill riding: does it assist you or simply decrease the tension to a minimum amount?
Any information is appreciated.
