Anyone try 5BX ?
5 basic exercises.
I did it when I was in my early twenties (30 yrs ago) for a number of years till I started getting discomfort from doing the same exercises repeatedly. I loved it and was a great way to stay fit with no equipment in 11 minutes a day. It's been around for a very long time. I was at chart six.
For women there is 10BX (ten basic exercises)
