Fitness....plus I want to be able to go farther/faster. I mainly started riding to try and help with a borderline high BP.

Want to try a few new things this year. Group rides, century and just overall try to pile on more miles.

I train because I want to ride better, faster, longer......the best I can possibly be. It's just a search.

Because you can't comfortably do the distances I do without a practice ride or two.

1. Primes the brain to enjoy and exploit all aspects of life,

2. Makes the day go good, and

3. An excuse to indulge in The Endorphin Buzz.

I like to ride with whomever shows up at clubs group rides. Plus it makes me faster, I can eat more, it's more fun than sitting on couch.....
