E-motion Rollers Interactive Power Calculator

This is my second season on my E-motion rollers, and I was wondering about the power calculator found on the Inside Ride support page: https://www.insideride.com/index.php?...d=26&Itemid=69

I don't have a power meter and was wondering how accurate this calculator is. Has anyone compared their power meter data with the output from the calculator?

I'd like to know the same thing: how accurate of an estimate is the power calc spreadsheet compared to a Powertap? If you could perhaps post the powertap figure you hold and what your combined weight (bike & rider) is, what mag setting and speed your holding on the e-motion roller I can figure out what the calculator predicts. I'm looking for something in the mid 100's power range and something in the low to mid 300's power range (on the PowerTap) to see how closely the spreadsheet estimates.

Thanks in advance...

The spreadsheet for the rollers seems to be pretty accurate, this is for level 1

165 pounds bike & rider weight combined
mph ptap rollers
15 160 167
17.5 200 201
20 215 235
21 230 248
22 250 261
23 260 274
24 280 288
25 300 301

Thanks for taking the time to check that out for me/us! It's great to know I can estimate reasonably close what kind of powers I'm holding when doing intervals.

My e-motion just arrived yesterday-I'm pretty excited (though I'm riding outdoors today). I was borrowing a friend's for the last month so I have had a chance to ride one and know what it is like (hence the reason I bought my own-despite the price tag).

Thanks again.
