Losing weight for hill climb TT (2 weeks)
I have a hill climb tt in 2 weeks. I'm a little under 5'9" and ~148lbs. I'm pretty lean already but would like to lose another 5lbs. I need some suggestions as far as what to eat, when to eat and how often.

5 pounds would be 3600 * 5 = 18,000 calories
18,000 / 14 = 1300 cal /day
So, you need to burn 1300 cal/day more than you take in every day for two weeks.
There's no way to lose that kind of weight while keeping up your performance. You can choose one or the other.
