training plan

How is this training plan for road racing, I am a junior and have been riding for about a year and a half...
Mon: 1hr: rest/recov ride
Tue:1hr : intervals
Wed:res/recov ride
Thur: intervals
Fri:rest/recov
Sat: 40-70mi endurance
Sun:1.5-2hrs group ride/tempo

what knd of races do you want to ride in? are you a sprinter or climber? what are your goals?
