New KK Pro Trainer out of Balance?

I just got my Kurt Kinetic Pro trainer, its an amazing piece. Although when i install the heavier weight, it seems like its slightly out of balance. Does anyone esle experience this? I can feel the vibration when i start spinnining hard, and most of the time its just an audible humm or rumble. This issue goes away (or just becomes small enought to not bother me) when i remove the large weight and just run the basic 6lb.
