Replacement trainer feet

I have an old Blackburn Trakstand trainer and all the feet (end caps) are missing and Blackburn says they don't have replacements. It looks similar to this:

Does anyone know where to get replacements?

Thanks

It wouldn't be perfect but could you get something like that from say Home Depot or Lowes? I'm thinking of the end caps that attach to the end of walking canes or furniture legs?

A little duct tape goes a long way.
