How to make the coach work
Need suggestions for some of us who use a coaching service for our training. What are the types of questions one should be asking to make the coach work? to get better goals and better workouts etc.

Don't you have to tell the coach what your goals are?

Yeah, I think all you have to do is give the coach a list of your future events with dates, say what hours on what days you have available, and say about how well you think you could do in these events. Then just give feedback after each workout or after the week's workouts, usually your workout files, .FIT or whatever. If the coach isn't giving you feedback, ask for it. They should at least give you feedback in the form of future workouts which may vary according to how you did on the last ones.
