Losing strength

What is a good thing to munch on when I take a break at the bike park. After a few hours I always lose so much strength. Thanks

I recommend Clif Bars. They're available in many flavors, but best of all they don't taste like an energy bar! They have been my cycling food of choice for over seven years.

I second the recommendation for clif bars.

They taste great (I like Carrot Cake) and they give a noticable boost.

I agree with Brillig, Carrot Cake is the best! Crunchy Peanut Butter is good too!
