Returning to cycling
Hey everyone.
I'm back cycling now and feeling a lot better compared to a few months back. I did a 12 mile ride last week and a 10 miler this week, with several shorter rides in between. I'm not in great shape as it's been a while since I did any tough exercise, but my knee's feel OK. I'll get small pains in them here and there but I don't know whether that's to do with my pedal/cleat setup or seat position or just lingering pain from the original injury (anyone who didn't see my other posts it was a repetitive strain injury). If someone has chronic knee pain, however minor, it's going to be harder to find the right bike fit? Because even with a perfect fit, they may still have pains. Any tips for a safer bike setup that's better for the knees?
