Caffeine's Effect on HR
How much is it possible coffee/caffeine raise your HR, given maybe drinking 2-4 cups of coffee? I am trying to figure out if my HR is high because of my caffeine consumption or whether I need a few extra rest days. I have been drinking coffee all summer, but I had a surpressed HR for a while due to being a slight bit overreached earlier on in the summer and now that I'm fresher I'm paying attention to it more?
