How do you analyze your Garmin data?
Hi, this thread is for those of you who have a Garmin device to track your sessions.
I find that Garmin Connect and the Training Center are really poor at extrapolating meaningful data. Despite lots of googling, I haven't find a program or a website that will take my data and construct a series of interesting graphs and useful trends. How do you analyze your Garmin data? |
WKO+
Intended for power meters, but useful otherwise. Also there is SportTracks for PC and Ascent for Mac. |
CycliStats is also pretty good.

Do any of these sites/programs offer the ability to take heart rate and time or distance information and plot them or export them to an excel sheet? My need is to have a record of my heart rate during workouts to discuss with my cardiologist. I know I can get the max and average heart rate, but I need more detailed information about my heart rate during the entire course of a ride. I can't seen to find a way to export the details of a particular activity from Garmin (Edge 500).
