Cycling and vertical jump...

Cycling involves some of the muscles used to jump... though I would think cycling builds muscle endurance/slow twitch muscles while vertical jumps uses more fast twitch muscle.

But, if you do a lot of sprints while cycling, would you develop the fast twitch muscles more and help your vertical jump?
