Stretching

Does anyone have a good strecthing routine? I would like to improve my flexiablity during this off season.

I've been using this book and think it is good. Just had a doctor recomend it for my busted ankle's rehab.

I second that recommendation. I have the book as well and it's worked pretty well for me.
