how to train with a broken bike
I am waiting on a new fork to come, as mine blew up last week. I was wondering what types of exercises would be good to get in shape for the season ahead, not having a bike.
I assume spinning would help a bit, but it sucks so bad any other suggestions? |
take a look at the bikeradar website. They have all sorts of feature articles on off season training

Core exercises and cardio are always good.

And buy a couple more bikes. Remember Rule #12.
|
Pushups, crunches, chinups, sprint intervals, preferably up a hill, running the stairs at the football stadium, rowing, etc.
