I eat my bran buds mixed with all bran, it keeps things perfect. Oatmeal is always a plus, I think I have thrown jsut about every fruit known to man into oatmeal. I also find that a drop or 2 of vanilla extract and a wee bit o' honey add the perfect touch

Honey Bunches of Oats or Kashi Honey Cinnamon crunch.
The GoLean stuff is OKAY (I wouldn't drink it with anything but whole milk, though).

Slow-cook oatmeal with whatever fruit is available & a tablespoon of crushed flaxseed. Plus 2 slices of whole grain fibery toast with healthy margarine. I like variety in other things, but can totally eat the same meal day after day.

Another oatmeal person here...thick rolled oats (occasionally steel-cut) with ground flaxseeds, berries (usually frozen, but fresh if I have them), cinnamon, and soymilk. My favorite meal!

No favorite here. I don't eat breakfast for that matter. Not since a teenager, who found out he can skip breakfast before school and have nothing to loose.

Seriously, I actually hate cereal. My wife eats, my kids eat and just about everyone I know eats it, but me. I guess I am a natural anti-cereal person. Am I quaified for a special status of some sort?

Multigrain Whole Grain cheerios (purple box) are the ****!

Those with a banana and some toast and a glass of orange juice and milk (if you're not lactose intolerant like me ><)

=

Probably the best breakfast ever.

I have a weakness for delicious cereals, they are the hardest part of my diet to clean up. My current favorites:
-Mini Wheats Cinnamon Streusal flavor
-Cinnamon Toast Crunch
-Corn Pops
-Nature Harvest Crunch
-Froot Loops

What I do is buy very cheap muesli from the supermarket - just as a base. I then add a load of sultanas, raisins, almonds, brazil nuts + sunflower seeds. Fruit + nut content is about 35% by weight. Something like 28% sultanas + raisins - 7% nuts + seeds. Nice and healthy with skimmed milk.

This cereal gets me amped! Not to mention the picture of Ultra Marathon Man, Dan Krezensky running on a trail with a mammoth mountain in the backround, body fully flexed with what looks like 5-7% body fat on the back of the cereal box.

Pretty much any kind of granola with lots of nuts, dried fruit, rice crisps, etc. I don't have a favourite brand, and I find that this is much more satisfying than the flake-type meal replacer cereals like Total.

Raisin Bran or Life with vanilla soy milk. Cheerios with a banana and regular milk. I could eat cereal three times a day. It's so good.
