milk 2%
 
I find that about half the time I drink milk or eat cereal in the morning it puts me in a hungry and tired lull all day. But if I drink it at night or for lunch I has no problems and I feel better than normal. What up with that?

I am hungry all day regardless of what I eat in the morning.
