Wellman Sport Supplements

Hi to all,

Just a quick question to see how many people have opinions on Wellman Sports Supplements?

See link below:

They claim (amongst other things) to burn fatty acids into energy and assist in electron transport in cell mitochondria.

I'm training approx 12-15hours a week and am looking for something other than protein to replenish lost vitamins/nutrients lost with regular training.

Same answer as any other supplements... they are unregulated so you have no idea what is actually in them (or not in them); none of the claimed ingredients are missing from a regular healthy diet; if you don't eat healthy or are otherwise thinking you're lacking nutrients, a chat with a physician / dietitian is more worthwhile than blindly buying supplements.
