What's your Thanksgiving diet/training plan?
My plan is to ride one hour for each piece of pie I eat. Looking for 6 quality trainer hours...

My plan is to limit my indulgence to one day. I have set days in the year I don't worry about what I eat. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, New Years and my birthday.

See-food diet for me. It's Thanksgiving, after all.
One day isn't a big deal in the larger context of things. The scarier notion is consistently over-eating/under-exercising from Thanksgiving through New Year's. For that, it's business as usual.

About 11:00 I will ride my bike 10 miles to my step-son's house. Wife will drive there and bring me a fresh shirt. Dinner around 1:00. I will not be over-indulging on turkey because to me turkey is an extremely bland and boring meat. There is a reason we don't roast turkeys all year around. However, its very hard for me to stop eating pumpkin pie even though I don't generally like desserts. After the meal I will take "Beans" (stepson Tony's and daughter-in-law Angela's hound dog) on a neighborhood walk. Later I will ride about 9 miles to my business in town where I left my car in order to ride my bike home 15 miles last night. Probably will not set a new personal speed record on this ride. Total caloric balance for the day? Who cares? I am doing pretty good overall with my weight the last few years. Anyway, pumpkin has fiber and good stuff in it -- or so I have been told.
