Carmichael Cycling for Fitness DVD
I can't find any reviews if this one- anyone have experience with it? Thanks!

I use it as well. I think that the Carmichael DVD's are really good. I also have Cycling for Cadence and Climbing. I did these 3 DVD's from October through December this year. I started with Cycling for Fitness. It is a really great DVD. I am now working on the Carmichael Power DVD series. I am getting stronger and losing weight (it has to do with the diet as well).
