My wife is never hapoy... too fat or too thin!
For months my wife kept on me to exercise and lose weight. So I did. Four months solid of 40-60km days and 100km+ weekends. This trimmed almost 20kg off me and made me much fitter. Now she is the opposite. She wants me to STOP exercising because I'm too thin. Of course this would be a really bad idea...
Guess I can't win either way. I don't really care much, I need my fix every morning and I choose to commute/shop etc by bike. So if I end up too thin in her mind thats just too bad, Thin and healthy is better.

Perhaps it isn't that you are too thin, but rather that you are too busy riding so much for 4months. Any chance you can convince her to ride with you?

I ride before she gets up in the morning at about 4:30am, after she leaves for work for commuting and one long ride in the weekend. The riding time hardly affects her. Besides, she hates riding. I got her a nice bike to her specs and she still won't ride it. Been married for 10 years now and I know women change their minds like the wind changes direction.
