Show me your lab results...

Will post under nutrition, although admin can change as needed be, as what I eat directly affects the lab results.

Have made changes on sugar, salt, fat intake and the results speak for themselves.

Trigly - 133
Total Cholesterol - 173
HDL - 50
VLDL - 27
LDL - 96
not sure what HGB is.

These numbers were from a test after 3 months on a vegan diet. The Cholesterol, Trigly and LDL all came down around 25% from previous results.

I am sticking with this vegan diet. Good luck with your diet too!
