Daily Vitamins & Supplements
I have anew way to take mine. I start with my mess bag in my car. as I take something I leave it out of the mesh bag. with each meal the bag gets more empty until at the end of the day are some straggler items like pain relievers, or supplements I reserve for extended rides like potassium & magnesium, that I didn't use. I don't always take the same things at the same times but I get them all down. I recently added back in Zinc & Vitamin C but I need to add back some folic acid. here's my list , what's yours?
Daily Multivitamin
Glucosamine & Chondroitin
Zinc
Vitamin C
CoQ10
B12
B6
Folic Acid
hmmm... seems like I'm missing something, probably the stuff for memory

A couple of years ago I got really tired of all the individual vitamin pills....which before that I got really tired of multi-vitamin pills. Never really 'felt' a difference in overall fitness or 'well being' with either.
Started researching vitamin powders....long story short, I now use this https://amzn.com/B000NDME6C
I usually add it to 8 ounces of cranberry juice or home made lemonade.
Placebo affect or not, or maybe from the extra carbs of the drink it's in...but I really feel an energy boost ~45-60 minutes later, and everything 'GI tract wise' just seems to work fine.

I use the Hammer nutrition regiment: Premium insurance Caps (2, 3x per day), Mito caps (1, 2x per day), and Race Caps (2, 1-2 times per day). Those number jump a bit when my daily workout is over 2 hours in length. I also take 10mL OF Floradix per day, which is an Iron supplement (please note that Iron supplements can be extremely DANgerous). I've been diagnosed with mild anemia, which was aggravated when i moved to Colorado, so i take enough to safely top off the tank, but leave it at that.
If you take the hammer stuff regularly, you notice a consistent energy output all day, which stems from the B vitamins.
Supplements are deff not a substitute for eating healthy, organic, pute foods, but i do like knowing that i am not lacking in any major nutritional building block.

I have issues digesting meat so I have a few imbalances caused by being a vegetarian.
Currently playing around with my supplements
1) Multi vitamin
2) Mineral supplement
The main problem I have is that I was sick when I started. Hasn't hurt anything but unsure if it has helped.
Next will be protein powder possibly.

I wound up using whey protein powder (they make some from peas too I think) in fruit juice. there was enough whey to deal with without adding milk to digest. the fruit juice was not great tasting - I foget which one I liked the best but if you're just choking it down it doesn't really matter how it tastes, but I found using a blender disolved the powder quickest.
