fiber question

You smartie-pants-es may already know the answer to this one... Do raw veggies have more fiber than veggies that have been steamed or boiled until they're soft? I know, silly question, but seriously, I don't know the answer.

Thanks!

FRom a cooking stand point (which is the other 50% of my life) Yes veggies that are raw have more. Whe the veggie is cokked like steamed, or bolied or litely sauteed then you do lose some but nothing significant unless they are really browned.

And you need to ease off a bit. You smartie-pants-es may already know the answer to this one
