pulled muscle questions
I am pretty sure i pulled either my sartorius or my gracilus muscle in my left thigh both of which originate near or at the hip, insert on the inside and back of the knee and aid in knee flexion and aduction . i did it doing an overgear interval on the trainer. the pull seems to be near the knee joint and i feel it when i pull through the bottom of my pedal stroke. would this indicate an incorrect positioning on the bike? how do i remedy this? Is it ok to keep training as long as pain does not increase or persist? will icing and heating help? i really do not want to stop training for this.
