Late Night Training

Just a quick question. Is there any problem with training later in the night? I'm talking about mainly sort of 60-90 minute sessions on the trainer which are at a low heart rate, sort of 130-140 maybe as high as 150 occasionally. Is doing the training around say 7pm maybe 8pm after my three main meals any real problem?

you may notice a bit of a problem sleeping. i never have though, and i usually start a 2 hour ride around 7:30 or 8:00pm. just make sure you eat something afterward as well.
