Assistance with Cycling Training with Ipod

I don't have anyone to ride with that is convenient.

I still need a little bit of extra motivation to be able to push my self harder on my rides.

Does anyone know of a good app or even a music source or anything from Itunes, or a podcast or anything that i can play on my ipod that help to push me harder in training such as for intervals.

WHat i am looking for is similar to one of those video indoor training videos, like a guy on a bike calling the shots

so need like a audio recording of something telling off the timelines of intervals etc, count downs, count ups ,
just the verbal voice of hearing someone say "go harder " would help

So suggestions please would be great
thanks

I ride alone the majority of the time. I’ve found Strava to work well for the motivation I need. A friend has a cycling app for her iPhone that gives her a choice of different voice info announcements at time or distance intervals. She uses it for her interval training. I'll ask her the name and about the functions. If no one posts it before tonight, I’ll post it tonight.

edit...sent you a pm
