switching to wraps for lunch
since I eat in the car between gym and office every day I can't do a salad and still need the functionality of a sandwich.
anyone use a favorite wrap bread? today I just grabbed whatever tortilla I had in the fridge.

I'm with Fat Boy - mince it up and use a bowl.

I typically just check the grocery store until I can find a wrap that doesn't have vegetable oil/soybean oil in it.
I've been doing a lot of wraps lately at work because I can just buy the meat/wraps/cheese and leave it here.
I found a decent brand recently but can't remember the name, I'll come back and post a pic.

bowl suggesters - I'm driving back from the gym when I eat, so I shouldn't be juggling a bowl and fork! :-)
plus, I'm not zero carb at the moment

I agree for the most part.
The things I try not to consume, even in moderation are:
soy products/vegetable oil
any hydrogenated oil
MSG
HFCS
nitrates/nitrites in lunch meats ( i get organic lunch meats without preservatives)
Even if I'm wrong, I don't spend a lot more using quality ingredients and in most cases, the end result tastes much better.
