Take Out Pizza as Race Fuel
Just a question if this would be a bad idea.
For 48 hours prior to a big cycling event of lots of endurance.
Would consuming a pizza from Pizza Hut or any chain be a bad idea?
Would those types of pizza be ok source of carbs or the fat content too high?
Thanks

48 hours is a long time!
Do this:
- Eat the pizza. Note down the calories. Let's say x calories.
- Wait for two hours
- Go and ride (or alternatively run) x calories worth.
PS: A one hour run at 9 minute/mile pace burns approx. 1000 calories.
