Good % body fat scale that won't break the bank
I'm looking for a good body fat scale that is reasonably priced. Does anyone have suggestions. Thanks for any feedback.

I went down this road last year. I got a very highly reviewd scale and it didn't work very well. The scales work by measuring the body's electrical resistance. More fat = more resistance. What they miss on is resistance is also affected by hydration. I bought a pair of calipers and calculate based off two different formulas and averaging the result. I do measurements at five locations. It only takes a few minutes and is more reliable than the scale.

No scale will give you your actual body-fat-percentage. I'd just use this and it's free.
