Vision end bar shifters vs Dura Ace end bar shifters

I have a p2 verve like which currently has the vision shifters which I do like but the about a month ago one side stopped shifting. I took it to a LBS they said it was broken and quoted me $250 to convert to Dura Ace shifters . Well I went home tore the vision shifter apart and for .05 worth of superglue fixed it and it's been fine ever since.
I went ahead and got a set of dura ace bar end shifters just in case and now I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and swap them for the visions?

Durace 11 speed run in the $80 to $100 ranges (low end price out of places like wiggle in england) with cables. If you need to swap and can do you own work this might be a future option

yes I went ahead and changed over to Dura Ace 10 sp bar end shifters and I am really happy with them. Nothing wrong with the Vision shifters but adjustments were very difficult for me to do and the Dura Ace were completely painless.
on top of that not being that experienced of a rider I like being able to know what gear I am in just by looking at the position of the lever. I still have the Visions but at this point I don't think I will ever switch back.
Yes I do all the work I can possibly do on the bike myself.
