Celebrating our 25th anniversary !

This year is the 25th year that I've had the Zipp2001 TT bike. Now that the weather is starting to break it's time to spend some time on her. So today it was the second day in a row taking her out, and as always she never disappoints. It takes a good 5 to 6 rides with increasing distance for my body to get used to the position after not being on it during winter.

I've had two chances in the last 10 years to acquire a Zipp 2001. Missed out both times. Yours is an eye-catcher, for sure. Why the HED wheels with that frame instead of ZIPP wheels?
Nice vid too. I really like the view it provides. What was your equipment and how was it attached to the bike?

I've been on Hed tri-spokes since they first came out as Specialized tri-spokes, and have run them on several bikes. I did have a Zipp tri-spoke and disc wheel that I sold with one of my other Zipp2001's. I use a GoPro Hero 4 Silver and have it attached to the underside of the left aero bar hanging upside down. I really like the feel of the ride that this camera location gives me. I still have two Zipp2001's in my stable with the other one being bare carbon and set up as a single speed.
