Anyone done the XTERRA EX2 Off-Road Tri at Rocky Gap State Park in MD?

I'm unable to find detailed info for this race and I'm curious what the bike and run profiles are like, if we'll need wetsuits for the swim (it's on July 15th but who knows), and where a good place to get a room would be.

My mountain bike is out of commision at the moment, otherwise I'd totally be running this one. I hope to be there next year if they hold it again.
