Ironman Training
Another training question:
Would you consider biking to work 10 miles each way, 5 days a week a good thing or a bad thing while training for an Ironman? If a good thing, would you count that 100 miles towards your goal of 300 miles on the bike per week?

I'd say it's a good thing. And yes, your 100 miles do count towards the 300 miles/week goal.
