slowtwitch.com and cervelo.com are a couple of places to start that I can think of right off. Cervelo won't have their line ready until March.

If you call Pearl Izumi, they have their shorts available. I bought some from them directly and had them shipped and everything for less than $60. I think that they are the most comfortable things around and they dry super fast. You will not find the shorts on their site, so you will have to call if you want some.
