waterproof athletic tape?
 

Lately I've been getting a serious cramp in my foot when swimming and/or running. It makes me unable to swim and I have to stop and try to get it to relax. It seems like its coming from my middle toe because when it cramps, that toe gets a little cock eyed.
Anyway, my question is...does anyone know of a good athletic tape where I could tape up my foot and something thin enough to get in between toes. And obviously needs to be waterproof for the swim and sweat. Thanks

This may not work for in between your toes, but check out KT Tape. There are a bunch of videos on the website on how to apply for various injuries and other problems, so there may be something on there for your problem. I have used it for patellar tendonitis and achillies issues and it generally stays on for several days without issues, even swimming, running, cycling and showering.
