Triathlon Training - Mike Pigg Program for PC Coach ?? Feedabck?

Anyone have any comments on this?

I wanted to get some help with setting up an annual training program to have more structured training.

I mainly do adventure races (moutainbike, run. kayay) and few triathlons and duathlons as well as 5 and 10ks.

I have Friel's book but thought software would be easier to implement.

For a beginner to intermediate it will be easier than doing your own planning. After you get experienced it will/should be less exclusive for your training plan. The good thing about it is that you can adjust it and it will adjust to you also. Good Luck.
