Lake placid ironman
I have a house on the ironman course. Is there a sheet of some sorts that indicates approx. where the pros will be at a given time?

Pros will swim in ~50 minutes and average ~25mph on the bike. But the Lake Placid course is hilly so they may come through earlier than 25mph pace after the Keene descent. The last time I did the race it was mass start at 7am but I think pros now get a "headstart" so they may start at 6:45am.
