First brick for IMFL

Biked 100 miles yesterday then decided to pop on the Asics for a short 5K. Took 2 miles for the biking legs to disappear. Much work to be done. Will bicycle to the pool then 1500 yards and an extended ride back home.

Anyone else in for IMFL?

I usually stand up on the pedals for the last minute or so of the bike ride. It seems to shake out the bike legs quicker and get you in running form quicker.
