Rear Wheel Disk covers. Advice?

So the evidence is pretty clear that rear disk wheel is one of the "best" investments for you can make for the bike portion of a tri. A true tubular disk rear wheel is the pinnacle of performance, but the incremental addition of "tubular" and "true rear disk" total's to about 25% of the advantage. 75% of the advantage can be gained by adding disk covers to the rear wheel for a fraction of the price.

I'm looking for feedback on disk covers I can add to my rear road racing wheels to gain that incremental advantage with minimal investment.

Any feedback?
