six speed threaded freewheel
I just wonder if anyone can help.
I have a bike which I built in the 1980's and have ridden ever since. Two years ago I had to change my Maillard 6 speed block as the old one had warn out. I was lucky enough to find one on E-bay which was almost brand new and has worked perfectly for me ever since.
However, I am hoping to go further afield during the summer and so want to widen my gear ratio from 13-21 to say 13-24.
I have just purchased a new chainset going from 52 42 to 48 36.
My problem is that I have not been able to source a free wheel to this spec. Does anyone have any ideas where I can source such a freewheel or what I could do without me having to buy a group set or replace my beloved Pat Hanlon frame?

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!
